Official Giveaway Rules

Giveaway Period:

The Knox Rail Salvage Knoxville Smokies Ticket Giveaway (“Giveaway”) begins on April 28 at 12:45PM, EST and ends on April 30at 10:00AM, EST (the “Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received before the Giveaway Period ends.

Eligibility:

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Knox Rail Salvage, Old City Kitchens, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:

To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps on our official Instagram/Facebook account:

1. Like the official giveaway post

2. Comment on the post, tell us who your bringing to the game

3. Follow @knoxrailsalvage on Instagram

All steps must be completed for your entry to be valid. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.

Prize:

One (1) winner will receive six tickets to a Knoxville Smokies game. The specific game date and ticket details will be provided upon selection. Approximate retail value: $150. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winner Selection and Notification:

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within 1 business day of the Giveaway’s end. The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform where the entry was submitted and must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, a new winner may be selected.

General Conditions:

• This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Knoxville Smokies, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

• By entering, participants release and hold harmless Knox Rail Salvage and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.

• We reserve the right to disqualify entries that violate community guidelines or appear fraudulent.

• Knox Rail Salvage reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if necessary.
