In addition to sheet vinyl we made a power buy recently on 140,000 s.f. of luxury vinyl tile with a two sided grout joint. Prices on this material is super cheap at only 49 cents per square foot. It is typically installed with pressure sensitive glue which stays tacky for several years making it easy to replace tiles. This product is extremely nice looking and should offer many years of low-maintenance and an inexpensive, durable vinyl flooring option.
